Prices

Published prices can change and exclude 5% VAT. The price that applies is the one on your written estimate before the procedure.

Refunds

Medication cannot be returned once dispensed. Yearly memberships are valid for one year and are not refundable or transferable.

Appointments

Please tell us ahead of time if you cannot come. Urgent cases can delay booked appointments.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is provided. A deposit may be requested for hospitalisation and surgery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
