What we are
Petflix is a general practice with the equipment of a small hospital. Consulting rooms, an operating theatre, digital x-ray, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, an inpatient ward with an isolation room, a grooming studio and a pharmacy share one floor. That layout matters at 10 PM, when a vomiting cat needs bloods, an x-ray and fluids without a drive across the city between each.

Who comes here
The clinic is closest to Ras Al Khor, International City, Nad Al Hamar, Nad Al Sheba, Al Warqa and Mirdif. We see cats and dogs only. We also take referrals from other clinics for ultrasound and orthopedic cases.

How we work
You are told the price before anything is done. If a test will not change the treatment, we say so. If a case is beyond what we can do well, we refer it and send the notes with you. After midnight the doors are closed, but the phone is answered, and the person who picks up will tell you where to go.

While looking for urgent help, I visited Petflix since they were luckily open from 8 a.m. I visited twice daily for two weeks. Thankfully, my cats are now back to normal and are waiting for their first vaccination at the same place.
