Questions about memberships
Is this pet insurance?
No. It is a prepaid care plan at Petflix Vet: some services are fully covered and the rest carry a fixed discount. There are no claims forms and no insurer approval to wait for.
When does a membership start and how long does it last?
It starts on the day you pay and runs for one full year. Sessions and discounts can be used any time in that year.
Can I get a refund or move the plan to another pet?
No. Memberships are not refundable or transferable, and they do not include vaccines beyond the annual vaccination, or medicated showers.
Can I pay for a membership in instalments?
Yes, with Tabby. We also take Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and Stripe payment links.
When is a plan cheaper than paying per visit?
A consultation alone is AED 120 and the annual vaccination AED 199. Add five or more grooming sessions a year, or any lab work and boarding, and the plan usually pays for itself. If you come twice a year, paying per visit is cheaper.
